Refund policy

All Sales Final

  • Due to the fluctuating market values of collectibles, most sales made through GoldenFishGames are considered final. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. In exceptional circumstances, store credit may be issued at our discretion, subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction processing expenses.

Sealed Products

  • Once opened, sealed products (e.g., Theme Decks or Packs of Cards) cannot be returned.
    For issues with sealed products such as defects or missing components, please contact the original manufacturer directly.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately.
  • Contact us at admin@GoldenFishGames.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Video or photo evidence of the issue, particularly when opening the package, may be required to help us accurately assess and address the situation.

Collectible & Packaging Condition

  • Many products sold by GoldenFishGames are collectibles, imported items, or vintage merchandise. Packaging condition may vary due to age, shipping, storage, manufacturing differences, or normal shelf wear. Older sealed products may experience weakening adhesive or aging materials over time. Minor wear, loose seams, or aging adhesive do not necessarily indicate tampering or resealing.
  • Trading cards, collectibles, toys, and sealed products may contain normal manufacturing imperfections. Unless specifically stated otherwise, product grading and condition assessments are subjective.
  • Shipping carriers may occasionally cause cosmetic damage to outer packaging during transit. Cosmetic packaging wear caused during shipping may not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. To request an exception, please contact admin@GoldenFishGames.com with a detailed explanation.

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to store credit issued for returns. This fee helps cover transaction processing expenses incurred by our business.
