All Sales Final: Due to the fluctuating market values of collectibles, all sales made through GoldenFishGames are final. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. In exceptional circumstances, store credit may be issued at our discretion, subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction processing expenses.
Sealed Products:
• Once opened, sealed products (e.g., Theme Decks or Packs of Cards) cannot be returned.
• For issues with sealed products such as defects or missing components, please contact the original manufacturer directly.
Damages and Issues:
• Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately.
• Contact us at admin@GoldenFishGames.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Video or photo evidence of the issue, particularly when opening the package, may be required to help us accurately assess and address the situation.
Exceptional Circumstances:
• In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.
