Candy & Drinks

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by heat or cold once the items have left our location. If something melts or freezes, we will not be able to offer a replacement.

Standard Shipping

  • All standard shipments include reliable tracking and insurance to cover potential damages or losses.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
  • Estimated delivery times: 3-5 business days once shipped.

Plain White Envelope (PWE)

  • For smaller, less expensive items, we offer a cost-effective shipping option without tracking or insurance.
  • Choosing this option is at your own risk, and GoldenFishGames cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Damages and Issues

  1. Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately.
  2. Contact us at admin@GoldenFishGames.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Video or photo evidence, including documentation of the package being opened, may be required to assist with claims involving damages, missing items, or high-value orders.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate shipping information is provided during checkout.
  • Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect information provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.

Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues

  • Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and scan updates are outside of GoldenFishGames’ control. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or logistical disruptions do not qualify for refunds or cancellations while the shipment remains in transit.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled unless evidence of carrier error, theft, or misdelivery is provided.
