- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Orders that appear to be made under fraudulent pretenses or involving misrepresentation.
- Violation of Terms: Non-compliance with our website's terms of use.
- Excessive Use: Orders that contain an excessive quantity of the same item.
- Dynamic Pricing: Some items on our website update their prices automatically based on market data. These items are marked with a note indicating they use dynamic pricing. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel all or part of an order for those specific items. We do this to make sure prices stay fair and accurate for everyone.
We are committed to applying our policies consistently and fairly to all our customers. Refusals or cancellations are never based on a customer’s race, color, religion, gender, disability, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state, or local law.
